Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to determine the severity and impact of mood disorders, ensuring careful assessment of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the distinct needs and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment.

• Provide educational support to clients and their families, covering topics related to mood disorders, available treatment options, and holistic self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
