Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring personalized treatment plans are tailored to promote growth and well-being.

• Maintain an active caseload, typically managing 25 to 30 client visits each week, to meet the evolving mental health needs of our community.

• Document each session meticulously, complying with company policy while maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and other healthcare professionals, to ensure an integrated approach to client care and resource coordination.

• Create and implement innovative intervention strategies that empower clients to surpass their therapeutic goals and improve their quality of life.

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere that encourages client engagement and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Diamondback Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to facilitate individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, addressing issues such as relationship dynamics, addiction recovery, anxiety, and trauma. Your role will play a crucial part in helping clients achieve stability and resilience in their personal lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for client engagement and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to establish appropriate boundaries and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Comfort in working with a varied client base and adaptability to meet differing therapeutic needs.

Preferred Experience\n
