Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for the flexibility of a work-from-home setting while connecting with clients through telehealth modalities. Our typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting a healthy work-life balance for our staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring timely and appropriate therapeutic interventions are delivered.

• Document session details meticulously, including treatment plan reviews and clinical notes, adhering to Polara’s documentation standards.

• Engage in innovative interventions to empower clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with other professionals, including case managers, educators, and medical personnel, to provide an integrated approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, children, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
