Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose and evaluate clients’ mental health conditions.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with clients’ needs and company policies.

• Maintain a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week, balancing individual one-on-one sessions along with group therapy, as appropriate.

• Document client interactions meticulously, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Foster a collaborative environment by coordinating care with case managers, medical personnel, families, and educational staff to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to empower clients in overcoming personal challenges.

• Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support as they navigate their therapeutic journey.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
