Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT at Diamondback Health Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining a caseload of approximately 25-30 clients per week, ensuring consistency in client visits and follow-ups.
\n
• Utilizing creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their personal goals, whether through individual, family, or group therapy sessions.

• Documenting treatment plans, ongoing assessments, and session notes in compliance with company policies and regulations, thereby ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, comprising children, adolescents, couples, and families who are facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to demonstrate empathy and establish trust will be critical in fostering meaningful therapy relationships and driving positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency in mental health documentation practices, including the completion of diagnosis assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and presenting with a range of mental health diagnoses.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for accurate documentation and effective client interaction.

• The ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and exhibit culturally competent practices.

• Successful completion of a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
