Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a compassionate, culturally sensitive manner via telehealth platforms and in person as necessary.

• Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and goals, which guide the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and various systemic family approaches, adapting methods as needed based on client feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive support, including coordinating care with case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, including compliance with HIPAA and relevant state guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education opportunities to remain current with best practices in therapeutic care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California is required; applicants holding associate-level registrations will not be considered.

• Proficient in using electronic health records systems; familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation standards is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a fee-for-service compensation model that may vary based on caseload.
