This remote position is designed for mental health professionals who thrive in a flexible and collaborative work environment. Operating on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, our outpatient services focus on providing comprehensive therapy that can be delivered both via telehealth and in-person sessions. You will benefit from our supportive infrastructure, which includes administrative assistance with billing and scheduling, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and strengths.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing a systemic and relational approach, addressing diverse emotional and relational challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings and peer consultations to exchange insights and strategies for effective client care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, case managers, and community resources to support holistic treatment and improve client outcomes.

• Uphold the ethical and legal standards of practice as dictated by Arizona state regulations, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse client population, ranging from individuals facing personal struggles to couples navigating relational issues and families experiencing systemic challenges. As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active Arizona LMFT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits tailored for mental health professionals.
