Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a holistic understanding of each client's situation.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and therapeutic progress, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and document client progress in real-time, adjusting treatment plans as needed to respond to changes in clients' symptoms or needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be supporting a diverse array of clients who are facing challenges related to mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and the effects of trauma. This population may include individuals from marginalized communities such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach are essential in establishing trust and rapport with clients as they navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
