Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from home while still engaging meaningfully with clients. Our organization supports a flexible work schedule that aligns with the needs of both our therapists and clients. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will be able to conduct sessions efficiently while maintaining a supportive and interactive environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mood disorder symptoms, including intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in achieving their mental health objectives.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote healing and recovery.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on therapeutic outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications\n
