Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms among clients.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to treat clients effectively.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to support well-being and recovery.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.

• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by coordinating care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated treatment.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders, applying this knowledge to enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
