Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Adapt Psychotherapy Services, you will be integral in providing impactful therapeutic services. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting methods to suit varying client needs and goals.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs and developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Employing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to support and guide clients toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with other team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and comprehensive care tailored to client circumstances.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational and legal requirements, ensuring that documentation supports treatment outcomes.
