Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mood disorder symptoms, including intensity, frequency, and duration.

  Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and needs.

  Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to ensure effective treatment delivery.

  Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

  Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a performance bonus structure.
