Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and behavioral needs, including analyzing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to individual client requirements, goals, and personal preferences.

• Utilizing proven therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client progress.

• Educating clients and their families on mood disorders, exploring treatment options, and promoting self-care practices to enhance overall mental health.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
