Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families through secure virtual platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and refer clients to additional services when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation related to treatment progress, session notes, and updated treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and demographics. Many of our clients present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. As an LMFT at Adapt Care Counseling, you will play a pivotal role in creating therapeutic relationships and fostering resilience among clients, helping them build healthier coping mechanisms and achieve emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in conducting therapy with diverse client populations, including cultural sensitivity and awareness.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

• A strong commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development, including maintaining current knowledge of best practices in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience as a licensed therapist.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
