Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to identify the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, setting the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions that address specific client issues, such as relationship conflicts, behavioral problems, and substance abuse challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to provide integrative care, ensuring that every aspect of the client’s mental health is addressed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and relevant interactions in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in clinical supervision, training sessions, and relevant workshops to enhance therapy skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
