Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with patients to evaluate their mental health status and establish treatment goals.

• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to the specific needs of the client.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions via telehealth, employing strategies to support clients in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in EHR systems, documenting treatment progress and modifying therapy plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including those struggling with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Your ability to engage with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and experiences will be vital to delivering effective therapy and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and contemporary evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective rapport building with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
