Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete and manage crisis alerts in coordination with local county crisis services, ensuring timely interventions for participants at risk.

• Facilitate transitions between hospital and inpatient services as necessary, including communicating with hospital staff to support effective discharge planning.
\n
• Employ crisis de-escalation techniques and provide milieu support as the designated Clinician of the Day.
\n
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and create detailed safety plans to guide clients in managing their mental health challenges.
\n
• Ensure timely documentation is maintained for all individuals experiencing increased risk, adhering to same-day completion protocols.
\n
• Report critical incidents using established reporting forms, with completion expected within 24 hours of the incident.
\n
• Participate in an alternating on-call system for after-hours support, facilitating care coordination as needed.
\n
• Proactively engage with participants to implement strategies that minimize reliance on crisis services.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance service delivery and client support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
