Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth assessments with clients from diverse backgrounds to evaluate their mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients’ goals and life situations.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to facilitate healing and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, employing appropriate strategies for risk assessment and management.

• Document all clinical interactions in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure high-quality care continuity.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case conceptualization, treatment approaches, and professional growth.

• Contribute to community outreach events that promote mental health awareness and access to services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
