Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to evaluate their mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment plans.

• Engage in initial consultations to discern client concerns; synthesize information to triage care effectively, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and various clinical treatment modalities, to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, participating in regular patient rounds to discuss treatment approaches and interdisciplinary care plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
