Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, ensuring the safety and stability of patients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on various mental health topics, available treatment options, and necessary community resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to further enhance service delivery.

• Stay updated on the latest research, and best practices in mental health, including culturally specific approaches to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and culturally competent therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on inclusivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
