Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in personalized sessions to establish and work towards achievable treatment goals, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our telehealth services enable us to reach clients who may have limited access to traditional in-person therapy, thereby promoting inclusivity and accessibility in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Current, valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong understanding of community mental health resources to facilitate comprehensive care.
