Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive understanding of patients' backgrounds and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions experiencing a variety of mental health challenges and creating an atmosphere where patients feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, assisting patients in acute mental health situations with the aim of alleviating distress and promoting stabilization.

• Educate patients and family members about mental health issues, treatment approaches, and other relevant community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
