As a remote member of our clinical team, you will utilize advanced telehealth technology to connect with patients across various backgrounds and experiences. This position allows you the flexibility to work from home while being a crucial part of a supportive and dedicated team of professionals. • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to identify patients' needs and concerns, including issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis and best practice guidelines, ensuring alignment with patients' goals and needs.
\n
• Lead engaging and therapeutic individual therapy sessions while closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
\n
• Document all patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner to maintain compliance with medical/legal standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Manage case load effectively, triaging patient needs and coordinating with various healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care.
\n
• Conduct follow-up consultations with patients and their families to provide ongoing support and foster a collaborative treatment environment.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes and share best practices.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the mental health field to enhance service delivery and ensure evidence-based practices are employed.

You will serve a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups who may be dealing with various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help address common concerns such as stress management, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and co-occurring disorders. This role not only requires clinical skill but also cultural competency and empathy towards those from different socio-economic and demographic backgrounds.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states being highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in using electronic communications and electronic medical records is essential to ensure efficient workflow and documentation.
\n
• Strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
\n
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload while maintaining optimal patient care and engagement.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to connect with a wide range of clients and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive care.

• Previous involvement in telehealth services is a plus, with familiarity in using virtual platforms for therapy.
