Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home, providing you with the flexibility to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to effectively manage your schedule while dedicating time to both clients and personal commitments. In this role, you will utilize advanced online therapy platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Provide a safe and supportive environment, encouraging clients to express their thoughts and feelings freely.

• Collaborate with clients to identify personalized mental health goals, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Develop and implement effective treatment strategies, where you may integrate cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness techniques, or other modalities as appropriate to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and secure.

• Stay informed of the latest trends and research in mental health counseling to continually improve service delivery and clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health conditions. You will engage with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and personal development. Your ability to create a strong therapeutic alliance will be essential as you guide clients toward their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to practice independently in the state of Virginia.
\n
• At least two years of experience providing therapy, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and exceptional communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
