Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct high-quality mental health counseling sessions via video conferencing, providing empathetic and personalized support.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client needs, goals, and progress.

• Assist clients in acquiring new coping skills, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to meet each client’s specific therapeutic needs.

• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on supporting stable, low-acuity adult clients who seek mental health support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and daily stressors. Our counselors play a vital role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve their mental wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD; candidates should possess the ability to practice without supervision.

• Must have no disciplinary actions against your professional license and exhibit a strong commitment to ethical practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with proficient computer literacy, enabling effective communication and documentation.
