This position is designed for professionals who thrive in a remote setting. You will work from home daily, allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule while focusing on your clients' needs. The role typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions through secure online platforms, providing therapeutic support and interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Create a trusting and accommodating environment for clients to share their experiences openly, facilitating meaningful conversations.

• Collaborate with clients to identify personal goals and collaboratively develop actionable plans to achieve these objectives.

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client, adjusted as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health care to provide the highest standard of therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in supporting clients through their mental health journeys, and you will play a significant part in altering their daily lives in a positive manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and active license to practice independently in Virginia as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Proven track record with at least two years of experience in individual and group therapy, including treatment planning and execution.

• Excellent communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Experience with telehealth tools, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
