Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and collaborative case reviews.

• Manage a varied caseload, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills to fulfill client needs effectively.

• Document client interactions and progress meticulously using our electronic medical records system, adhering to best practices in data management.

• Provide resources and referrals to clients facing financial or social hurdles, integrating these services into their therapy as needed.

• Maintain required certifications, including CPR and First Aid, and ensure compliance with all licensing board requirements.

• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor to meet the evolving needs of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with youth aged 12 to 24 facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Understanding the unique pressures and challenges they face, therapists at Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services are equipped to provide culturally relevant and individualized support. Your expertise will help build resilience and coping strategies, significantly improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent mental health license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
