Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to identify mental health diagnoses and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients overcome personal challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage with clients experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to enhance your skills and ensure the highest standard of care is being provided.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver holistic care.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, providing insights and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients within our community health clinic setting. You will work with a diverse population, encompassing various cultural backgrounds and varying degrees of mental health challenges. The therapy sessions will often include working with families and couples, emphasizing systemic approaches to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license from the state of Oregon.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build impactful therapeutic relationships.

• Proficient problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth delivery systems and technology.

• Prior work in a community health clinic or similar outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
