Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the symptoms, intensity, and duration of mood disorder challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster client resilience and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, various treatment modalities, and effective self-care practices to encourage ongoing well-being.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and circumstances.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders to continually enhance treatment strategies.

• Maintain rigorous documentation and manage client records according to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily support individuals grappling with various mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Your work will extend to assisting vulnerable groups, including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. The heart of your role is to provide transformative care that helps clients reclaim their lives, improve emotional stability, and foster interpersonal relationships. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
