Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct various forms of therapy, including individual, couples, and family sessions, tailored to each client's unique challenges and circumstances.

• Assess client needs through intake interviews and ongoing evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are measurable and effective, outlining specific goals, interventions, and follow-up actions.

• Employ a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, to facilitate meaningful progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care efforts, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment efficacy and patient outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client progress, using our secure electronic health record system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
