Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to effectively support clients from the comfort of your own space. While you will primarily conduct therapy virtually, our connected team culture means you will have regular opportunities for collaboration and professional growth through virtual meetings and training sessions. Our work week spans from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing consistent hours dedicated to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms, evaluating their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate the specific goals and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote positive client outcomes.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families on coping strategies, treatment options, and self-care practices related to mood disorders.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments in mood disorders to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to foster collective learning and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
