Key Responsibilities\n

• Attend and actively engage in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and reviews to ensure comprehensive care.

• Conduct detailed client assessments, developing tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs. Regularly update treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Document all interactions with clients, ensuring that assessments, treatment plans, and discharge reports are submitted within the required timelines, adhering to agency protocols and licensing standards.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and be responsible for the secure handling of all client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize expertise in diagnosing children and adolescents effectively, developing strategic interventions that support their developmental and psychological growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. You will engage in therapeutic processes that promote healing and resilience, understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences that each client brings to therapy. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
