Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing a variety of evidence-based methodologies to formulate effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of clients seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your ability to establish trusting, therapeutic relationships will be crucial in guiding clients through their recovery journey, fostering a safe space where they can explore their emotions and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.
