Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others.

• Implement goal-oriented strategies during sessions, adapting approaches based on client responses and progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic understanding and care for every client.

• Consistently maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, working to stabilize clients during periods of heightened distress.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
