Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate progress in clients' mental health journeys.

• Monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Work with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to enhance integrated care approaches for complex cases.

• Stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic advancements in mood disorders to continuously improve treatment methodologies.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
