Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop effective treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing effective methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and well-coordinated patient care.

• Educate and support clients’ families throughout the therapeutic process to foster a supportive healing environment.

Qualifications\n
