Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will play a vital part in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions, tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of each family unit.

• Facilitating discussions between couples and family members to address issues such as conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Creating and implementing treatment plans that are adaptive to clients’ changing needs throughout their therapy journey.

• Providing psychoeducation on mental health issues including alcohol abuse, blended family dynamics, separation, and divorce adaptations.

• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment approaches based on both qualitative feedback and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and integrated treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic spans a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and couples. You will be working with clients facing a variety of challenges, including:

• Grief and loss, helping them navigate their feelings and establishing healthy coping mechanisms.

• Job stress, assisting individuals in managing workplace-related anxieties and fostering a healthy work/life balance.

• Family conflicts, facilitating resolutions among family members and promoting effective communication.

• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce, guiding clients through the emotional upheaval that these life transitions often bring.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to best practices in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are important, candidates with additional certifications in family therapy techniques or experience working with diverse populations will stand out. Experience in teletherapy practices is also preferred, as effective remote interaction is key to our approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
