Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM under supervision, ensuring accurate assessment and treatment planning.

• Providing short-term psychotherapy services through telehealth, focusing on individual, family, and group therapy modalities.
\n
• Engaging in case management and therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing mental health and dual disorders.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based treatments, including crisis intervention, skills training, and family therapy, tailored to diverse client needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists for coordinated care and psychiatric admissions when necessary.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, preparing reports, and communicating with other professionals as needed to obtain comprehensive client information.

• Participating in departmental meetings and quality assurance activities, striving to enhance service delivery and clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid LMFT license to practice in Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in evidence-based treatment modalities and a history of working within integrated healthcare environments will be prioritized. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
