This is a fully remote position that enables you to establish a healthy work-life balance. At Integrated Social Therapy, we understand the importance of flexibility, allowing our therapists to tailor their schedules. Clinicians can choose their preferred caseloads, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week with no obligation for unsolicited calls. While clinical services are primarily delivered via telehealth, we facilitate opportunities for remote and in-person consultations among staff members at our community health clinic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide subsequent short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual and family needs.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively to manage client communication and documentation.

• Engage in crisis intervention and therapeutic interventions including brief therapy, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.
\n
• Collaborate with the clinical team to review complicated cases and quality assurance concerns, ensuring optimal treatment plans are executed.
\n
• Maintain detailed written records, prepare clinical reports, and liaise with external organizations, schools, and other agencies when appropriate.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with strategies to manage mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders.

• Participate in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest therapeutic modalities and intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with diverse client populations addressing varying degrees of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and family relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed LMFT or possess a Psy.D recognized in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and electronic health record systems is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
