Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health support.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities while delivering therapeutic interventions, which may include crisis intervention, skills training, and supportive therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams, including supervision from licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians, to enhance treatment planning and client outcomes.

• Document client interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical meetings and quality management activities, contributing insights for continuous program improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide services to a diverse clientele, including individuals with mental health challenges and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Florida.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with strong competence in electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

• Experience in providing services utilizing a wide variety of modalities for individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Familiarity with the latest versions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and application in clinical evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges between USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
