This role is conducted entirely through telehealth services, which allows our therapists to engage with clients via virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities to individuals, families, and groups.

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing therapeutic interventions such as crisis intervention, supportive therapy, and couple and family counseling.

• Utilize the latest DSM for diagnosis under supervision from licensed psychologists, ensuring the provision of appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care, contributing insights on family dynamics and community resources impacting patient treatment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and engage in ongoing training to enhance therapeutic skills and uphold high clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, families in need of systemic therapy, and groups requiring dynamic support. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or equivalent for practice in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
