Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines to assess client needs.

• Delivering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Providing crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Developing customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and associated healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records while complying with regulatory standards.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and client progress.

• Offering support and resources for clients with dual diagnoses, including mental health and substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals, families, and groups experiencing various mental health challenges. We cater to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and more complex dual-diagnosis situations. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D. in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience providing psychotherapy services.
