Clinicians can choose between full-time or part-time schedules, establishing their caseloads with the ability to conduct 10 to 30 billable hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Veterans Crisis Intervention, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and providing tailored short-term psychotherapy services.

• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities with individuals, groups, and families, including crisis intervention and skills training.
\n
• Engaging in thorough treatment planning, case management, and psychotherapeutic interventions.
\n
• Working under the supervision of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians to ensure high-quality care delivery.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and communication with external agencies as necessary.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and promote coordinated care strategies.

• Providing psychoeducation, resources, and therapeutic support to clients and their families.
\n
• Staying current with clinical trends and continuing education to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on veterans and their families, treating a diverse range of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) valid in Florida.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Experience with telehealth platforms and proficiency in electronic health records.

• A passion for working with the veteran population and understanding their unique mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
