This position is entirely remote, allowing for both full-time and part-time scheduling flexibility tailored to your lifestyle and preferences. Therapists are empowered to manage their caseloads independently while ensuring they deliver the highest standards of care—with each clinician having the autonomy to handle 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Our practice eliminates administrative burdens by managing scheduling, billing, and client management, which enables our therapists to concentrate on what they do best: helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and tailor short-term psychotherapy interventions for clients, utilizing a variety of modalities including individual, couples, and family counseling.

• Provide timely and effective psychotherapeutic services under the supervision of licensed psychologists, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and practices.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and circumstances.
\n
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities: trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and manage acute client needs while coordinating care with psychiatrists and additional healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of support.

• Document all client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and electronic health record requirements.

• Engage in ongoing clinical consultations and quality assurance activities to uphold the integrity of our therapeutic practices.

Our therapists serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes clients with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma histories, and dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT licensure or a Psy.D in psychology to practice in the state of New York.

• A Master's degree or higher in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited educational institution.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating proficiency and clinical skill.

• Prior experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
