Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapy sessions to clients at their scheduled appointments, ensuring a welcoming and timely experience.

• Utilize various treatment modalities to address mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Conduct regular assessments of client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with other mental health and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and improve treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in line with regulations and best practices.

• Facilitate family and couple’s therapy sessions to aid in resolving relational conflicts.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to empower them in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues, families facing challenges in communication and conflict resolution, and couples navigating complex relationship dynamics. Our patients range from those seeking assistance due to acute stressors to those with chronic mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active California LMFT license.
\n
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
