Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of families and couples to identify underlying issues impacting their relationships.

• Engage clients in therapeutic conversations, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each family's unique dynamics and cultural backgrounds.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, detailing achievable goals and measurable outcomes that reflect the family’s desires.

• Facilitate sessions that guide clients in processing grief, resolving conflicts, improving communication, and enhancing problem-solving skills.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure continued growth and stability.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients, helping them understand the impact of their behaviors and patterns on family relationships.

• Collaborate with community resources when necessary to support school engagement, child development, and overall family stability.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with diverse families and couples facing a range of challenges such as relationship dynamics, parenting issues, mental health disorders, and trauma. Our client base is varied, encompassing different cultural backgrounds, belief systems, and familial structures, all of which require a thoughtful and adaptable approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Possession of all relevant state-mandated licenses to practice as an LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
