Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with patients to create a safe space for healing.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, providing both counseling and ongoing support, while adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments, making data-driven decisions to inform therapeutic strategies.

• Collaborate with other mental health and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that meets the needs of all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse client backgrounds, effectively utilizing culturally sensitive therapy approaches to foster understanding and trust.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation recognized in the state of Colorado.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
