Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy tailored to individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy, to support diverse client needs.

• Assess client treatment needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an appropriate level of care, coordination of services, and ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including therapy notes and progress reports, utilizing our electronic health records system.

• Participate in clinical team meetings to review complex cases, share insights, and uphold quality assurance standards in service delivery.

• Offer educational resources and referrals to clients diagnosed with mental health or dual disorders as part of their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing therapy to a diverse population, including individuals and families grappling with mental health challenges, dual disorders, and various life transitions. Your expertise will be critical in guiding clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and addiction, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in New York State.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
