Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients, employing empathy and active listening skills to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders through clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and collaborate with patients to set achievable therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and document patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with all confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Refer clients to additional mental health specialists or community resources when needed to optimize patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
