Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, in-depth evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional health to accurately assess their current state and therapeutic needs.

• Develop effective treatment plans based on individual client assessments, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide personalized therapy sessions for individuals of all ages, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Facilitate couples counseling sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship dynamics for couples from diverse backgrounds.

• Continuously review and adjust treatment plans to reflect ongoing assessments of client progress, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with clients’ evolving needs.

• Document all client interactions accurately and timely, maintaining comprehensive records, including treatment plans and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team as necessary to provide holistic, integrative care that addresses various aspects of clients’ well-being.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population consisting of children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
